“I've always been a self-employed musician involved in the music business,” says Ed McClary. His career started in 1969, performing with the U.S. Navy Band traveling the world. After touring, Ed moved to San Francisco where he started his first business, Hot Spoons Productions.

While in charge of organizing the clients, musicians, studio time and materials, Ed became aware of his talents in sales and marketing and began his own McClary Music Productions for which he has created a substantial client base and has booked hundreds of artists and groups over the years.

Ed's drumming styles range from Rock to Big Band, Funk, Jazz, Brazilian, Country, Fusion, R&B, Latin, and, most recently, Afro-Cuban rhythms.
